An Irish learning studio for founders, operations teams and analysts. Turn fragmented data into clear options, useful tests and a record you can revisit.

CHOOSE YOUR LENS

Different roles.
A shared evidence habit.

A route for founders comparing opportunities and testing demand.

  1. Opportunity framing

Define the customer problem and the decision you need to make.

  2. Assumption testing

Design a small experiment around your riskiest belief.

  3. Decision review

Record the result and choose what to change next.

Build a repeatable
learning loop.

Begin with the decision

A dashboard is valuable only when somebody knows what they will do differently after reading it. Jidegio begins every analytics exercise by writing the decision, the deadline and the uncertainty that matters. This prevents teams from collecting attractive charts with no operational role. It also reveals whether the answer needs new data, a customer conversation or simply a clearer comparison.

Treat assumptions as testable claims

Growth plans often hide a chain of beliefs about demand, conversion, capacity and retention. We show leaders how to turn each belief into a statement that can be challenged with evidence. A lightweight test is designed around the assumption with the highest consequence. Learning arrives earlier, failed ideas cost less, and a good idea earns support through observed behaviour rather than enthusiasm alone.

Read signals in context

A metric can move because of seasonality, a reporting change or a shift in customer mix. Participants learn to check definitions, time windows and segments before interpreting a trend. They also record what happened around the number. This short context log reduces false alarms and makes later analysis more reliable, especially when several people contribute to the same business review.

Close the learning loop

Insight that never changes a process is unfinished work. Each module ends with a decision record: what was observed, which option was chosen, what result is expected and when it will be reviewed. Over time these records reveal where judgement was strong and where the model needs refinement. The business develops an institutional memory instead of repeating the same debate every quarter.
